If you live in or around the Queen City then you know that an explosion of growth has happened just over the NC border in Indian Land SC. Indian Land is a rapidly growing area located in the northern part of Lancaster County, South Carolina, United States. It is one of the fastest-growing suburbs of Charlotte, North Carolina and the population has been growing rapidly in recent years, driven by the area's proximity to Charlotte and its strong job market. This has led to an increase in housing developments, commercial businesses, and other amenities in the area. That growth has now drawn the eye of major box store Costco.
